Our process

We are more than happy to look thoroughly at all options for obtaining Permanent Residency in New Zealand for you; however we cannot do all this without some recovery of cost for the full analysis of your assessment. Our aim is to give you an honest assessment on options for you to immigrate to New Zealand.

Our Assessment Fee also includes a full assessment for your husband or wife.

After completing your Assessment we may recommend progressing with your application for New Zealand Permanent Residence. We trust that you will then choose to use Thomas New Zealand as your Immigration Agents. You are also free to proceed by yourself or using another Agent.

Step Two:
Please notify us by email when you have sent our fee - info@thomasnz.com  

Upon receipt of our fee, we will send you a form to complete that will enable us to process your assessment. We undertake to return an assessment of your immigration eligibility within 15 working days of having received all the information necessary to make that assessment. 

It is important that you complete the entire form. Where possible we will advise what steps you might take to qualify, if you currently don't qualify. 

Please be aware that at the end of our complete assessment we may not be able to help you any further. We will always be honest about your chances of obtaining residency in New Zealand, based on our expert opinion and understanding of the New Zealand Government's Immigration Policy at the time of completing the assessment.

At the end of your assessment, there is no obligation for you to use our consultancy services. You are free to use another consultancy or submit your application by yourself. 

Please note that should you decide to progress further with your application, a consultancy fee separate from and in addition to your initial fee is payable.

Quotations for our consultancy services for other types of New Zealand Immigration Service visas will be provided, if applicable, after completion of your assessment. 

It is important that you don't sell any property or leave any job until the New Zealand Immigration Service has approved your application.

In accepting your payment, we do not guarantee your eligibility to immigrate to New Zealand. If for whatever reason we are unable to provide a favourable assessment of your immigration eligibility, there will be no refund of our fee.

This assessment is based on our understanding and interpretation of New Zealand Government immigration legislation and policy at the time of your assessment and the information provided by you. We provide this information in good faith. All reasonable skill and care is taken in an effort to ensure that the information we provide is accurate and up to date. However, circumstances can change beyond our control, such as, for example, changes in governmental legislation and policy with little or no warning.
